Making a Call to Support

Do you have questions about your QPro software? Do you need some help? Our support team is here to be your partner and help you succeed. We take pride in our support team and truly believe we have the best service in the industry.

What makes our support team unique:

Your time is valuable, and spending too much time on hold takes you away from your business. When you call into QFloors/QPro support, you will reach a live voice, and the phone is answered by an actual person (not by a recording or machine). Yes - there are actual people out there who care about your call and want to help! We understand the importance of having that human touch and interaction with you. As amazing as technology has become, personal interaction and growth is irreplaceable, and is key when it comes to forming a partnership with your business.

What to expect when calling into support:

When your call is answered, the process begins. There are three things we want to know immediately when you’re calling in:

  • Your name
  • Your company
  • Reason for the call

The first support person answering your call is the first touch. They want to understand the reason for your call, so they can quickly help you set up a connection on your screen and get you over to the correct department. We have this first touch to save both you and us time.

Because we want to save you time and get you back to what you need to do, there are a few things you can do to speed up the process of getting us connected to your screen:

  1. Prior to calling in, open up a new browser tab on your internet browser and type in: join.zoho.com.
  2. It will then ask for a Session ID#. Just keep that screen open when you call in, and we’ll provide you with that number. That way, one of our team members can get connected and see your screen with you to help you with what you need.

Our hope is that you’ll understand that we think about you constantly. We care about your business and overall success. This process has lowered wait times, increased customer success, and for many of our new customers, has quickened implementation time.
