Have You Been To The QPro Support Website Lately?

We’ve been working on the QPro support site lately. If you haven’t recently visited the site, you’ll want to familiarize yourself with its new helpful features and the new and improved ways to get in contact with us.

To go to the QPro Support website, hit the (?) button at the top of your QPro screen. This will take you to the support site, where you will find training videos and webinars as well as useful written instructions.

If you are just getting started setting up your QPro software, click on Getting Started at the top of the list. We have been working on creating user-friendly knowledge base articles that are easy to follow along. These articles include both written instructions and videos to help guide you through the information.

We are continually updating this site with new videos and webinars, so keep an eye on the list and watch it grow as we go over new features. We are aware of some older videos on our support site which may look a bit outdated. We keep them posted because they are still relevant.

Also, did you know we have a private QPro Facebook group? This is where you can get in touch and network with other QPro users, ask each other questions about your business and more. We also use the private group facebook page to share important updates and announcements for QPro users. Please request to join this group if you haven’t already.
