December 2023

We are thrilled to introduce several new features in QPro that are designed to streamline your workflow and enhance your overall experience. Each feature is accompanied by a comprehensive training video to guide you through the nuances of these updates. Here's a quick overview of what's new:

Templates Feature & Voiding:

Creating and managing templates in QPro has never been easier. Whether you want to generate a new sales order from an existing template or turn a proposal directly into a template, the process is straightforward and flexible. Our new feature allows you to duplicate orders with ease, ensuring that your templates retain all necessary details while allowing for customizable changes. The template feature allows for quick creation of similar sales orders, keeping your records consistent and your workflow efficient. This saves you time and money.

Mistakes happen, and sometimes a sales order or proposal needs to be voided. QPro now provides a seamless way to void orders or proposals without hassle. With just a few clicks, you can change the status of an order, ensuring that your sales records remain accurate and up-to-date.

Column Preferences Tool:

Customization is key in data management and creating meaningful reports. Our new Column Preference Tool in QPro offers unprecedented control over how your lists and reports look. You can now select, align, order, and adjust the width of columns in both sales and material screens to suit your unique preferences. This feature ensures that the data you need is presented in the way that works best for you, making report generation and data analysis more efficient and user-friendly.

Emailing Sales Orders, Proposals, Receipts, and Reports Directly from QPro:

Help your employees improve their workflow and stay connected to your customers with the ability to send sales orders, proposals, payment receipts and reports directly from QPro. This feature simplifies communication, allowing you to quickly and easily share the information most important to your daily business transactions and reports.

Material Document Manager:

Organize and manage your material-related documents with ease. Our Material Document Manager is designed to help you keep track of all essential documents, ensuring they are easily accessible when you need them.

Job Cost Sticky Data Preferences:

This feature is a game-changer for QPro customers wanting to lock job costs that were manually entered. With the Job Cost Sticky Data Setting, you can ensure that crucial cost data remains at the forefront to forecast your job profitability even when options are updated. This gives you complete control over your costs.

We're committed to continuously improving QPro to meet your evolving needs. We hope these new features make your QPro experience even more productive and enjoyable. Stay tuned for more updates and enhancements in the future. The next features to be released by the end of January 2024 are Advanced Product Search, Tag Printing, Labor History Report By Installer, and Permissions for the Setup Modules.
